Every now and the I get this strong craving for Indian food. It starts with me thinking that I should stop by the Indian grocery store one of these days, moves on to me perusing Indian recipes online, and ends with me spending too much at Chopatti. Chopatti, for those who don't know, is the tastiest Indian restaurant in Atlanta. Now, it's not as Good as Indian Delights, which was in the same store-front but closed a while back. But Chopatti has comparable South-Indian fare. Not quite as good as Indian Delights and the service doesn't even come close. But Chopatti has the same basic menu and Bollywood videos if you are eating in or waiting for your to-go order. But I digress, I find myself, this evening, looking at samosa recipes online. I know I'll never make samosas at home. Let's face it, Indian food is just too laborious to make at home. At least when you're cooking for one. So, perhaps sometime this weekend, Friday after work perhaps, I will head over to Chopatti and place a to-go order.
