As I was getting ready to leave work yesterday I looked around at my desk. And I realized that I am so far behind that if I don't put a plan into action a.s.a.p. there's going to be trouble. So, I've decided that I'll be going into work early today and everyday next week. But these early hours won't be for random work or work from the day before and they certainly won't be for chatting. No. The early hours will be for getting everything that should already be off my desk, off. And all of my current work needs to be finished by the end of the day so it doesn't repeat the vicious cycle. It will mean lots of extra hours for a while, but in the end it should get me to a good place.
